Outreach & Engagement Associate

As an Outreach & Engagement Associate, Andrew supports Lever for Change's Communications and Social Impact teams. In his role, Andrew executes outreach and engagement strategies involving data platforms, social networking, and project coordination to ensure the effectiveness of Lever for Change’s strategies and operations.

Prior to Lever for Change, Andrew worked in communications and administration at Northwestern University’s Institute for Sexual and Gender Minority Health and Wellbeing, an LGBTQ+ health research institute within the Feinberg School of Medicine. Previously, Andrew has also worked for the Consulate-General of Japan in Chicago as well as the Ishikawa Prefectural Board of Education in Japan, where he worked in curriculum development for elementary school English programs. He has also taught fourth and fifth grade students at a bilingual elementary school in Madrid.

Andrew received a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre from Northwestern University. He was also in the Musical Theatre and Creative Writing (Poetry) certificate programs.
